Marcela Gutiérrez Bravo was born and lives in the city of Chiautempan, Tlaxcala. In the center of the Mexican Republic. She is an editorial translator in Italian, French, English and Portuguese. She has a bookstore where she spends her time reading, writing and translating. Having lived in the Mexican province and in Mexico City, her work tries to portray a fragment of the vast Mexican reality so that the world can enjoy it.
