Autorenporträt
Ronald George Lucas, Sr. was born February 10, 1946, in Washington, DC. He attended public schools and graduated from Eastern High School in 1964. Ronald attended Howard University and graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. From 1971 to 2003, he worked for the Federal Power Commission which later became the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Over the course of his career, Ronald testified as an expert witness in rate and cost of service matters, held positions of director in the Society of Depreciation Professionals, treasurer of the Board of Directors for Resources Federal Credit Union, chairman of Grace United Methodist Church Administrative Council, treasurer of Grace United Methodist Church and President and Chief Financial Officer of VIP Travel Agency. He resides in Mitchellville, MD and is a member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden. Ronald has been married to his college sweetheart over 50 years and they have four adult children and ten grandchildren.
