Judd Allen earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. He is president of the Human Resources Institute, LLC, and an editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion. His previous books include We Flourish, Better Together, Wellness Leadership, Culture Change Planner, Bringing Wellness Home, Kitchen Table Talks for Wellness, 103 Challenges for Manager-Led Wellness, and Healthy Habits, Helpful Friends. He lives in Burlington, Vermont, and Montreal, Quebec.
