Autorenporträt
Emily has recently completed a diploma of applied writing and is looking forward to sharing her ideas and stories with her readers. She is the single parent of a son who is now twenty-eight. Emily enjoyed spending time with him at Playcentre and learning a lot about child development during those early-childhood years, and later, she was a parent helper at school and also volunteered and trained to help children learn to read, using the Pause Prompt Praise method. Emily is also a volunteer firefighter and member of her local Lions Club.
