Autorenporträt

Kadair received a two-year degree in child development at the College of the Mainland in Texas. After marrying, she moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where she obtained her Montessori certification. She attended Louisiana State University, where she earned her BA while participating in the Golden Key Honor Society and Phi Alpha Theta, an academic organization. Kadair is the author and illustrator of Pelican's I Spy in the Texas Sky, There Was an Ol' Cajun, and Grandma's Gumbo. She is also the illustrator of Pelican's Today Is Monday in New York, Today Is Monday in Texas, Chef Creole, Today Is Monday in Louisiana, and Down in Louisiana. Kadair lives in Cedar Park, Texas.
