" O Sing unto the Lord a New Song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth ." Psalms 96:1
Have you ever felt a song resounding in your heart, that it made you stop and reflect on the goodness of the Lord? Have you ever felt the need to bask in the abundance of true worship and praise? "O Sing unto the Lord a New Song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth." Psalms 96:1

Have you ever felt a song resounding in your heart, that it made you stop and reflect on the goodness of the Lord? Have you ever felt the need to bask in the abundance of true worship and praise? Amidst the troublesome and uncertain times, a melody with an enthralling message stirs in your soul. It reminds you that this too shall pass? It reminds you that in the presence of the Lord, there is Joy and pleasures forevermore. A prayerful and heartfelt expression, I Want to Sing Your Song, serves as a devotional with the reflective understanding that there is more to life than just living from day to day. 40 days of responsive melody, each devotion serves to enlighten your mind, heart and soul about living a healthy spiritual and fulfilled life. A collection of verses (poems) and songs, subject matters are underlined with the encouragement to know you can be transformed. Standing on Jesus' promises and His word, this can be your time to enter that secret place. This can be your time of intimate devotion. It can be your quiet haven and a moment of escape from "the noise which spreads across, and crosses back again". While you commit yourself to sit at Jesus' feet, His love will surround and warm your heart. The peace for which you seek can be found in His presence, and no man can take it away. A Comforter, and Promise keeper, the Lord knows how to soothe the loudness and pain of everything you will and would've gone through. He more than understands the language of your distress, cries and longing. Today He wants You to sing your song to Him. I Want to Sing Your Song can be your prayer. I Want to Sing Your Song can be your prayer. Your song for the long days. Your song for the hard times. Your song through the lonely nights. Your song through the guilt and mistakes. A time of sweet communion, wherever you are with your walk with God, you can start with a melody. You can start here.

Married to the love of her life, Minister Joshua Walters, they both have the gift to sing for God while expounding on the gospel of healing and restoration. Through community outreach, Melissea and her husband currently work together in ministry, writing devotionals, teaching and serving in Edmonton and the surrounding metropolitan area. An alumna of George Brown College and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, her field of work focuses on social support within her local community.
