Volume 6 includes the annulment decisions of 5 February 2002 in Wena Hotels Ltd. v. Arab Republic of Egypt and of 3 July 2002 in Compania de Aguas del Aconquija SA and Vivendi Universal v. Argentine Republic; it also includes the award of 11 September 2002 in Mondev International Ltd v. USA as well as the award of 9 January 2003 in ADF Group Inc. v. USA.
