Autorenporträt
Jean Brittain Leslie is a Senior Fellow and Director of Strategic Initiatives in CCL's Leadership Research & Analytics Group. In this role, she develops and implements programs, projects, and processes that support the group's vision and plans. With over 35 years at CCL, Jean has made significant contributions in research, publishing, product development, and training. She conducted some of CCL's first cross-cultural research projects and published the findings for practicing managers. Her interest in cultural issues led to her translating, adapting, and validating CCL assessments for international use.Jean has also developed expertise in 360-degree feedback. She is a co-author of CCL's flagship 360 instrument Benchmarks and the Leadership Gap Indicator organizational assessment. She has served as an instructor for CCL's Assessment Certification Workshop and Emerging Leaders Program and has authored over 100 pieces on leadership, assessment, and feedback, including peer-reviewed articles, popular press articles, book chapters, and books.
