You'll learn strategies and techniques to:
Quiet the Mean Girl in your head
Gain control of your negative thought patterns
Establish a trusting relationship with yourself and your body
Stop the diet cycle and start eating intuitively
Reviews:
Christiane Northrup, M.D., New York Times best-selling author of Goddesses Never Age, The Wisdom of Menopause, & Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom:
"It's a very rare woman indeed whose life has not been 'tainted' by any insistent mean girl living in her mind. This mean girl tells her that she mustn't enjoy life and isn't worthy of joy, comfort, love, or freedom until she's a size 8, or 4, or 0- or until …. fill in the blank. The list is endless. The only way out-to the meaningful and joyful life you were meant to live-is to recognize that mean girl and outwit her. And that is just what Julie Glynn's book does so masterfully. Read it and show your inner mean girl the exit ramp. You'll be so glad that you did."
Caroline Dooner, Author of The F*ck It Diet:
"In a culture where we are conditioned to be so mean to ourselves, Julie's book is important reading. It reminds us that our inner Mean Girl is trying to keep us in the vicious diet cycle. This book shows you how to break out of that cycle and learn to eat without guilt or regret."
Connie Sobczak, author of Embody: Learning to Love Your Unique Body (and quiet that critical voice!), Co-Founder, The Body Positive:
"Julie's book offers a refreshing message to women who are ready to make peace with their bodies. Her practical, fun activities provide a path to living with more freedom and joy, and who doesn't want that?"
