This post is basically the answer. To all the skeptics who claim that philosophy has not been, is not, and cannot be of any practical use, but there is only one continuous hassle and headache. Our answer to them is based on the work "Where does the mind come from?" philosopher Evald Vasilievich Ilyenkov, who substantiated in theory and proved in practice that consciousness and thinking are not biologically / physiologically predetermined, but socially conditioned phenomena, fundamentally achievable and potentially developed, despite any natural or artificial barriers and obstacles. Our task - in this case - was to, without missing anything significant, in an extremely concise form convey to our reader the content of Evald Vasilyevich Ilyenkov's work, amazing in its depth and practical effectiveness, adding only a small historical digression into the problem of possibility and necessity socialization of people deprived of sight and hearing.
