Gunter Schubert is Chair Professor of Greater China Studies and Director of the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan (ERCCT) at Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, Germany. Franziska Plümmer is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of East Asian Studies at the University of Vienna, Austria. Anastasiya Bayok is an Einstein Project researcher at the Graduate School of East Asian Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany.
