The USCIS Policy Manual along with the AFM - Adjudicator's Field Manual provide guidance for all Immigration Law decisions made by the USCIS. Included are cross-references to the INA, the Code of Regulations, the Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM), and relevant Court decisions. Each are hyperlinked to make the cross-references easy to access without the need to refer to additional books or searching the internet for the resource. INA - Title 8 United States Code includes Chapters 12, 13, 14, and 15. The INA (Immigration and Nationality Act) is classified principally to Chapter 12 of Title 8 USC.
