Romance Author Ursula Bauer fancies herself a modern day adventuress and has a love for the weird, wild, and decidedly odd that touches everything she writes. Her books often cross genres, combining elements such as magic and urban fantasy with romance and intrigue, then blending in unusual bits of science, history and mythology. She's served in the US Army as a combat signaler, read Tarot professionally, run a metaphysical store, lived a few summers as a 10th century Viking mercenary & merchant, and plied the trade of an RN for almost as many years as she's been married. When not writing, she can be found reading through her ever growing TBR list, watching off label movies, battling the woodchucks in the never ending land war, and causing the occasional bit of trouble. In addition to being an avid romance reader, she's a dedicated geek, a movie buff, a crazed cook and gardener, and suffers from a long time addiction to the Star Wars saga.
