Anu Harju-Myllyaho is a manager of the Responsibility in Business and Services Expertise Group at the Lapland University of Applied Sciences, Finland. Her research interests include tourism futures, futures research, inclusion in tourism and tourism work. Salla Jutila is a teacher at the University of Lapland, Finland. Her research interests include inclusion in tourism, tourism futures, the sharing economy in tourism and sustainable tourism planning.
