Daniela has had an accident on horseback. The doctors have diagnosed a brain injury, which has had the effect of producing coenesthetic hallucinations. The woman feels that there is a presence in her body, which she does not associate with the injury. For Daniela, it is the result of the vaccinations, by means of which she was inoculated with a liquid that solidified into the shape of a monster that wants to alter her thinking. Daniela cannot listen to these voices from within, she calls on her cousin Michele to lend her his ear, lavishing it on all the orifices of her body. Michele initially objects, then gives in to that will. It will be Daniela's revelation about the young man's past that will persuade the latter
