Mithilesh Kumar is Assistant Professor in Social Work at Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha. D. P. Singh is Professor and Head of Department of Social Work, Punjabi University Patiala. Siddheshwar Shukla is a senior journalist presently Associate Editor with Devdiscourse.com (Discourse on Development).
