IYAKAREMYE THEOGENE, Holder of bachelor's degree of science in Statistics Applied to Economy (statistian & economist), Advanced diploma in Mathematics-aphysics and Geography at Nyarutovu Secondary School, son of Gaspard MABURAKINDI and Speciose KABARORE, studied her primary school by being always carried by her father though bring him to school then come back to take him at home at the end of the day courses. Iwas was born in One thousand Hills of Rwanda, Ruhinga cell, Kivuruga sector in Gakenke District now, a resident of Musanze District. Nowadays, I am young trainer in work readiness and employability's training sessions for the vulnerable Rwandan youths, mentor of Village Loans & Savings Group (VLSGs) for People with Disabilities (PWDs)as well as) independent researcher by inspiring entire world since my physical disability have not been a big barriers to me even if it has not let me to move normally with my legs and it did not stopped me to attend school like other without disabilities. My High school studied was achieved in collaboration with catholic father Louis Hernandes, Museke Association & Ayoudamos Á Africa from Spain and others different people who supported me by paying school fees and all accommodation required by high school while secondary education was accomplished for financial support from catholic sisters of charity (Soeurs de Saint Vincent de Paul de Nemba) and the aids/support from Gakenke District former of Nyarutovu District as well as sector fund of education and I have done a combination of Mathemathics-Physics-Geography at Nyarutovu Secondary School with 25 aggregate. About my ability, I am confirmed that to have disability does not implicate to not be able to work and to do all things except those which require to stand-up long time and to walk the long way and for me 'Disability is a special ability'. Disability for me is an opportunity to get the small jobs in disability' organisation which helped me to survive and to get few money for starting my small businesses as disabled people like generating projects. on my point of view, people with disabilities are missing the advice for choosing a relevant studies regarding to their type of disabilities and I gives some advice for those supporting foundations/organizations to take care for career guidance to the disabled people by supporting and bringing them in their interested hobbies to save into their own future life and making them self-managed and self-reliance.
