Dr. M Shamim Kaiser is currently working as a professor at the Institute of Information Technology of Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka-1342, Bangladesh. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Applied Physics Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Pathumthani, Thailand, in 2010. His current research interests include data analytics, machine learning, wireless network and signal processing, cognitive radio network, big data and cybersecurity, and renewable energy. He has authored more than 100 papers in different peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is an associate editor of the IEEE Access Journal, guest editor of Brain Informatics Journal, and Cognitive Computation Journal. Dr. Kaiser is a life member of Bangladesh Electronic Society; Bangladesh Physical Society. He is also asenior member of IEEE, USA, and IEICE, Japan, and an active volunteer of the IEEE Bangladesh Section. He is the founding chapter chair of the IEEE Bangladesh Section Computer Society Chapter. Dr. JUANYING XIE is currently a professor with Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China. She has been a full professor at the School of Computer Science of Shaanxi Normal University in PR China. Her research interests include machine learning, data mining, and biomedical data analysis. She has published around 50 research papers and published 2 monograph books. She has been an associate editor of Health Information Science and Systems. She has been a program committee member of several international conferences, such as the International conference on Health Information Science, etc. She been a senior member of China Computer Federation (CCF), and a member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and a member of Artificial Intelligence and PatternRecognition Committee of CCF, and a member of Machine Learning Committee of CAAI, etc. She been a peer reviewer for many journals, such as "Information Sciences," and "IEEE trans. on cybernetics." She was awarded her Ph.D. in signal and information processing from Xidian University. She cooperated with Prof. Xiaohui Liu at Brunel University in UK from 2010 to 2011 in machine learning and gene selection research. She received an engineering master degree in the application technology of computers at Xidian University and a bachelor degree of science in computer science at Shanxi Normal University. Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is Presently working as Professor-CSE and & Director – OutReach, Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre, Jaipur (India), and Membership Chair, ACM Jaipur Chapter, and Past Chairman, CSI Jaipur Chapter. Having Teaching Experience of 20+ Years, 5 Patents published, 20 PhD Supervised, Published 94 Research Papers and 10 Books and associated as Editor & Reviewer in some reputed Journals, Received 20+ National and International Awards of Repute. His core research areas include Internet Security, Cloud Computing, Big Data, and IoT. He has organized and participated 25+ National & International Conferences of repute. His foreign visits for various academic activities (Delegate/Invited/Keynote Speaker/Session Chair/Guest) include USA, UK, Canada, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal etc. He had been member of Indian Higher Education Delegation and visited 20+ leading universities at Canada (May, 2019), UK (July, 2017), and USA (Aug, 2018) supported by AICTE and GR foundation. Other Delegation visits include University of Amsterdam (2016), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2018), University of Lincoln, QMUL, Brunel University, Oxford Brookes University (2020) for discussions on academic and research collaborations. He is an active academician and always welcoming and forming innovative ideas in the various dimensions of education and research for the better development of the society.
