Marc DESCHAMPS is Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comte and Member of CRESE (Economic Strategies Research Center) in Besancon, France. He is also Associate Member of BETA-CNRS and Affiliated Member of OFCE-Sciences Po.
