Albert N. Link is Virginia Batte Phillips Distinguished Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology Transfer, Co-editor of Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship, and founding Editor of Annals of Science and Technology Policy. Cristiano Antonelli is Chair of Political Economy at the University of Turin and Fellow of the Collegio Carlo Alberto, Italy. He is Managing Editor of Economics of Innovation and New Technology and a member of many editorial boards across journals in information economics, communications, and policy.
