Alan Kelly is a professional photographer living in Humboldt County. During the Covid shutdown in 2020, with lots of spare time on his hands, and few opportunities to photograph models, he began writing a series of erotic novels.

His first novel, Hypocrisy, is the first book of a four part series following the adventures of Kate Essem, a former actress from England, and Brian Barnett, a photographer specializing in erotica.
