The book is designed to help those struggling with unhealthy thoughts on eating and those caring for someone with an eating disorder.
Zoe takes the reader from the very beginning, what triggered her feelings of body loathing, through years of bullying, traumatic events and to the point where her organs began to suffer and fail. In a frank and often humorous way, Zoe explains what was happening inside her mind as she battled ED.
As with all good stories, this does have a happy ending and Zoe hopes to help others understand that they do not have to be defined by numbers on a scale or chart.
