Autorenporträt

Andrea Mullins has served as publisher for New Hope Publishers since 2004. Having started in ministry in Wyoming where she worked with Wyoming Baptists to equip churches for missions, she has over twenty years of experience in missions leadership and management for the parent company, WMU, and has authored two books with a missional focus along with writing hundreds of articles for missions magazines. She has served as a consultant, traveling to every state and internationally, to speak and lead workshops for equipping church leaders in missional leadership. She has led mission teams to places as far away as Kyrgyzstan and as close as Atlanta, often partnering with other evangelical organizations to accomplish tasks such as taking Bibles into the former Soviet Union after the fall of Communism. Most recently her team partnered with Canadian believers, the Salvation Army, and the International Olympic Committee to provide ministry at the Vancouver Winter Olympics. Andrea is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and holds a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary as well as a Doctor of Ministry from Bakke Graduate University. She is married to Mike and they have one married daughter and three grandchildren. She also directs WorldCrafts for WMU, a fair trade ministry bringing dignity and hope to impoverished people by importing and selling their handmade crafts.
