Peter Matheson lives in Dunedin, New Zealand. Yves Congar, a French Dominican theologian is recognised as one of the leading scholars and theologians of the Catholic Church. As a theologian peritus at the Second Vatican Council, he contributed in large measure to the deliberations and decisions of the Council.
