Nevertheless it is hoped that it will prove useful to those who do not have access to online libraries during their work and also to those who do but would nonetheless value the convenience of a collection which may be kept readily to hand, too.

Ingo Klaus Wamser started his own law office in 2005 as the youngest holder of a bar admission in Germany. Actually this law firm is highly specialized in German and international criminal law, public international law and the law of the sea. Besides the German bar admission he is entitled to practice before the International Criminal Court and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. He is lecturing on the law of the sea and marine mining regulations at the Montanuniversität Leoben in Austria and is a delegate at IMO for a shipping related NGO.
