Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 2,0, Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen, Veranstaltung: Organisation & Netzwerktheorie, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: The present investigation deals with the phenomenon of the increasing internationalization by Social Entrepreneurs. This new manifestation will be analyzed from a network-theoretical perspective to answer the question, to what extent single network aspects and network elements can describe and explain this development. To reach this purpose, the network actors and network structures of Social Entrepreneurs were identified by means of a simplified snowball procedure and were explained network-theoretically. It appeared with the fact that with the help of the network-theoretical figures in terms of “Strong and Weak Ties”, “Structural Holes” and “Gatekeepers” the internationalization trends by Social Entrepreneurs could be described and explained.
