This book is a devotional aimed towards youth and young adults to help them understand and grow in a life of prayer. It can be used as an introduction to prayer for those who are new believers or a refresher for those who have been walking with the Lord for a longer period of time. The author draws upon personal experience and decades of work with young people to explore this vital area. Her journey with YFCA began in 2015 with a desire to see young people walking in their true identity in Christ and living a life of intimacy with Him. She believes young people can become lifelong disciples of Jesus, living in the freedom and power of the gospel and bringing the kingdom "on earth as it is in heaven."Lyndal travels the world to train and equip people in intimacy, intercession, and prayer evangelism, and she releases the prophetic to encourage the body of Christ to be all God created it to be.
