Other chapters consider the basic waveforms that enable the experimenter to excite the system under test with relatively simple apparatus. This book discusses as well the military and economic significance of control systems. The final chapter deals with a significant class of systems, particularly in the aerospace and communication fields, in which the useful information or command signal to the system is heavily contaminated with noise.
