I got the title of this book from Jeremiah 31. 31-34, which says among other things that even the least of God's people will have the new covenant written on their hearts. Recall Jesus says at the Last Supper, "This cup is My blood of the new covenant..." You tend to think that one would have to be somewhat bright, even if one is the least of God's people, if you have the Divine Law inscribed on your heart.
The New Testament explains the New Covenant. That is what we Christians profess. But the New Testament doesn't quite tell us everything there is to know about attaining salvation and escaping damnation, because there's a good deal of confusion over 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29. There's some confusion over Galatians 1. 8-12, and 2 Thess 1. 7-9 etc., but there's no end of confusion among Christians over 1 Cor 11. 27-29.
1 Corinthians 11. 27-29 says you drink damnation into your soul if you celebrate Holy Communion in an unworthy manner. No end of churches give the bread and the wine to people who openly promote Anti-Christian things: Sabbath violators, pro-choicers, pro-gay marriage people...
For century after century various Christian denominations trampled on 1 Cor 11. 27-29 by giving the bread and the wine to evil kings, evil nobles, evil henchmen...
Suppose a pedophile is convicted of raping kids in April. And then in May suppose the pedophile gets religion in prison. But, suppose, one will burn in Hell if one celebrates Holy Communion with the Christian pedophile convict in June. A Christian needs to be made aware of the fact that he will burn in Hell if he makes various slip-ups in regards to 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29!

If you insist the priests or bishops of your church are the ones who deal with issues of how long various people must remain excommunicated before it is safe for the congregation to share the bread and the wine with them, then that is an excellent strategy to follow if your Church is God's True Church which leads people to Heaven.
But if your church has been leading people to perdition for century after century, because your church has been violating 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29 for century after century, then that strategy of yours is a terrible strategy.
If the least of God's people, little kids, for example, can have the New Covenant written on their hearts, then, somehow, these complicated matters will have to be explained to little kids, or else little kids will just have to become little geniuses, in order to understand all the intricacies surrounding 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29.
The general idea is that when the Antichrist shows up, recall 2 Thess 2 says the Antichrist shows up prior to the Second Coming of Christ, and when these 3 angels from Heaven mentioned in Revelation 14. 6-11 show up, and when the economic collapse and Great Tribulation of Revelation 18 comes to pass, then these hundreds or thousands of separate and unique denominations which we presently have will be reduced to 2 denominations, reduced to 2 churches.
One church will be an infernal church led by the Antichrist, the False Prophet and perhaps Apollyon. And the other Church, led by the 3 angels from Heaven mentioned in Revelation 14. 6-11, will be none other than God's True Church.
And presumably these 3 angels from Heaven will be able to explain to people how they can avoid trampling on 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29, even in those highly confusing scenarios where it is not at all clear if you are drinking damnation into your soul when you share the bread and the wine with someone, or if you would be drinking damnation into your soul if you refused to share the bread and the wine with someone.
