When times in our land are at their darkest, three will come.
Strangers to Irrilyn and to each other.
A learned man with two born of one
The same, yet not; a child of the heavens and the bastard child of misfortune.
Through adversity and deed, they will show themselves and lead Irrilyn from the darkness to restore Balance.
And all will be as it once was.
Aid and protect them on their quest - even if it leads to your ruin.
For they are the Saviours of Irrilyn.
If they fail, so shall the light, and darkness shall triumph for eternity.
Mallory and Celeste are identical twins finishing their final year in secondary school. The two haven't been close for years, and spend their days doing their own things. As she has grown older, Celeste yearns for the closeness they had when they were little, and one night makes a wish on the full moon.
Irrilyn is a world divided. Millennia ago, the Creation-God, Elhyrr, divided Irrilyn into two realms in order to preserve the peace and save his people. He gifted his two children, Shyonn and Ghedela, a realm each to rule.
However, the balance is changing and the world, once peaceful, now faces war. Both realms are facing their end of days. One through starvation, the other through annihilation.
Leon, the Descendant of Shyonn only wants to feed his people. Thea, the Descendant of Ghedela, discovers she is barren and cannot produce an heir. She faces the horrifying possibility of her realm begin invaded by the Shyonnian forces, and one night makes a wish on the full moon.
The wish transport Mallory, Celeste, and their father, Charles, to the world of Irrilyn, where they are labelled 'the Saviours of Irrilyn'. Separated almost immediately upon their arrival, Mallory undertakes an arduous journey to return the Jewel of Power, whilst Celeste and Charles aid Thea with the preparations for the upcoming war. Shyonn prepares to invade Ghedela, and Ghedela does all it can to prepare a defence.
And the world of Irrilyn hangs in the balance.
