It Begins in the Mind, Empower Your Thoughts, my third book, was born when my youngest sister Carlene, requested that I write and publish a book of quotes after seeing me regularly posting quotes that I write on my WhatsApp status.

Everyone needs inspiration, especially during these challenging times dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic. I believe in my heart that my sole purpose on this earth is to inspire others, therefore, I have made the conscious decision to live the rest of my life walking in this path, inspiring and motivating others through my writing, speaking, and any other way that God directs.

It is my sincere hope that those who do take the time to read this book will indeed find some inspiration within.

Born Creg Mark Dillon Effs in Kingston, Jamaica, on November 19, 1977, the first of four children for Calvin and Catherine Effs. A Christian. Lion. Firefighter. Entrepreneur. Motivational Speaker. Writer. Network Marketer. Youth Mentor. I enjoy writing poetry and "Once, Twice, Three Times a Charm", a collection of Love Poems is my debut anthology.

I also enjoy going to church reading, writing, singing, public speaking, hiking, traveling, and helping people. I'm kind-hearted, loving, caring, humble, down to earth, adventurous, independent, reliable, honest, dependable.
