Autorenporträt
Mable Mitchell, the second of ten siblings; born in Kansas City, Kansas, was raised by her maternal grandmother, Ida B. Phillips.

Mable received her formal education in the Kansas City School District. She received an Associates of Science in Substance Abuse, a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Counseling from Victorious Life Bible Institution, Kansas City, Missouri and is currently seeking a master's from Grace Bible college in Pastoral Theology.

Mable has held numerous positions within her church, New Jerusalem Apostolic Church, Kansas City, Kansas where her eldest son is pastor and she serves under him as an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.

Mable and her husband, Carnest, have been married forty-seven years and proud parents of three; Carnest D., Jr (Rashonda), Traci L. (Mark), and Stephen J. (Lauren). They are blessed with six grandchildren: Mark Jr., Trevon, CaiLyn, Carnest Donnivan, Lily, and Megan.
