Dr. Mary Bains, known as " Dr. Mary" to her former college students, patients and California Bay Area communities is a licensed, practicing Psycotherapist for more than 20 years. She is the executive director of Mind, Music, Body and Spirit Connection, Inc. She began writing children's books as a way to teach and entertain her "Second-Generation" children. " It's Keen To Be Green!" Talks about doing our part to save the planet for future generations. Her second book " How High Can A Kite Fly?", explains loss and death in an elementary non-frightful manner to young children. " 'Good Night Mr. Moon', Said The Spoon" is an alliteration learning tool helping young children learn to read through rhyme. Dr. Mary continues to practice in the Bay Area while working on the release of her next self-help book, "Seven Best Steps To Reduce Life Stress".
