Jigger for Bride is a collection of fairytale stories meant for both education and recreation. He claimed that the jigger was his only source of wealth from which he hoped to pay for the bride price. Under coercion, the neighbor embarked on her quest to exchange the jigger for a bride for Andere. Another story in the book narrates about Gullible Siru; a woman who harbored a hyena only to be feasted upon by the same hyena once the hunters had left. There is also a saucy fable about a herdsman who was rescued by a bull he loved. These interesting reads are suitable for all ages and perfect for evening family entertainment.
