Brian Jameson is an early Boomer of Irish parentage who grew up in Salisbury, England. After training at RADA, he worked as an actor for twenty years. He was a Play School presenter for a time, which led him to write, direct and produce for children's TV. He won a BAFTA for his creation of the children's soap Balamory. His BBC series Woolly and Tig has spawned books and billions of views worldwide. He now lives in Edinburgh with his wife Donna Krachan.
