JOSEPH TOO SHAO is President Emeritus of the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines. He also served as the fourth General Secretary of the Asian Theological Association. He is a recipient of the "QianPei" (Senior Scholar) award by his Chinese theological peers, honoring his scholarship and contribution. As an Old Testament scholar, he is an itinerant professor who is a sought after in many seminaries worldwide.
