Benjamen's nana-Sherry L. Basler-was born in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1969 and raised in a rural community. The proud mother of four awesome children and wife to Scott Basler, she is nana to five wonderful grandchildren, with one on the way at the time of publication. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in early elementary education from Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She lives in Texas with her husband and youngest son.

Benjamen's nana prays she will help fill voids in people's lives in order to point them to Jesus in a fun, humorous, and honest way.

Emmily Starman was born in Nebraska and grew up all around the US. She developed a passion for art at a young age, learning to use all types of media. A few years after graduation, Emmily ended up back in Nebraska where she met her now husband. The couple now live in a small Nebraska town with their Husky, Roxy.
