However, instead of obeying the word of the Lord, Jonah gets on a ship headed across the sea. The ship is going in the opposite direction from Nineveh. It is soon apparent that Jonah was also embarking on an emotional journey.

Maybe, you have not considered suicide, but I know you have been angry. Perhaps, you have never dealt with depression, but I am sure you have experienced embarrassment. And who among us has not known guilt or grief?
