Charmla "Charm" Carpenter is the owner and operator of Carpenter Education Center, which focuses on laying the foundation for Christian living and building upon that base. The center specializes in resume writing and college entrance essays.

Charm thrives on helping young adults grow in their faith. She lives in Stanton, Iowa with her husband, youngest son, and two cats. She also has two adult sons.
