Kalisantarana Upanishad is one of the minor Upanishads found in Krishna yajur Veda. The Black Yajurveda. This Upanishad is a conversation between Brahma the creator and sage Narada. The text reveals the mantra which is a collection of 16 names. This very mantra was initiated to shri Krishna Chaitanya maha prabhu and is followed by the gaudiya sampradaya, ISKCON. Popularly known as "The Hare Krishna maha mantra."
