With only a couple of weeks until school starts, Karmen decides she wants to see her grandparents, but they arent coming until Christmas. Its too far to travel to their house in Missouri right now, so she decides to make a time-travel machine and have Christmas early at her house.

After finding the materials she needs in her house, she begins her work. She cant believe it when the time machine actually works.

Karmens Khristmas is in for many surprises. That is why she calls it Karmens Krazy Khristmas. All the relatives come as well as cold weather, ice, and snow. This weather is very unusual for Houston, Texas.

The cousins decide on a snowball fight. Karmen and Allison find a way to make colored snowballs. They are very surprised to find out what happens to Emily and Christopher when the snowballs hit them.

Karmens parents leave it up to her to figure out how to solve the problem. Being the clever person she is, she finds a way.

Autorenporträt

Nancy Olson is a retired elementary schoolteacher. In her twenty years of teaching, she has taught five different grades in several locations. Her husband Ed's air force career took them to seven states, France, and Okinawa. A native of Iowa, Nancy earned her bachelor of arts degree at the University of Northern Iowa. A master of arts degree in teaching was earned at Webster University in Missouri where she now lives. Nancy and Ed have two grown daughters with families of their own. A favorite activity is visiting the grandchildren in Texas and Florida. She also enjoys singing with the Sweet Adeline chorus, Gateway Spotlight and playing bridge. Nancy's first book, Thanksgiving at Grandma's, is a picture book for children ages three to eight. It is available through Amazon.com or Trafford.com.
