Suzanne Ramos Hughes is a nutritionist and a biologist with over 20 years of experience in her field. She graduated from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences and earned her Masters of Science in Nutrition in 1993. She struggled with her health and weight as a child so she decided to dedicate her life to helping others with her nutrition plans. In 2012 she discovered the many benefits of Keto and Intermittent Fasting diets and decided to focus her studies on them. She is now 54 years old and her mission is to spread the word and change people's relationship with food and body image. She has plans to publish many more books on these topics.
