This time her journey will take her to historical castles and the most remote area of the Scottish Highlands. Her nemesis Thees returns; and there is mischief and mayhem coming from every direction. Unfortunately, not everyone will survive this dangerous journey.

Book 4. Battling for Survival - It is a pivotal time in Pictish history. There are some who see problems in the Pictish kingdoms and signs that the Picts are losing their power over Scotland. When an old adversary sees it as an opportunity to overthrow the Picts, the battle begins. Secret alliances are made. Battle strategies are formed and a high stakes game of life and death unfolds.

For as long as I can remember my first dream was to be a writer. In elementary school I wrote short stories with my best friend. In college I continued the dream by studying journalism and English. After college I became a teacher and eventually became busy with the joys of being a wife and mother. Time passed faster than I realized, but the dream never died. Finally I came to the realization that it was now or never. I have put a lifetime of thoughts into these first books, The Pictorial Adventure, and Message in the Skye.
