The purpose for this book is not to instruct a pastor on how to run his ministry; but it is written to encourage the second man in ways to identify with, understand, and be a help to the man under which God has placed him. Pastor Wilmore has served the Lord since 1989 in the teen ministry, children's ministry, bus ministry, college and career, senior adult ministry, junior high school teacher, basketball coach and senior pastor. Ministry has taken the Wilmore family to Indiana, Florida, and Alabama. Pastor Greg and his wife Renee started their service at New Life Baptist Church in Leesburg, Florida in 2016.
