Autorenporträt
Dr Simon Barker is currently a lecturer in Jazz Studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, University of Sydney. In addition to his solo work, Simon co-leads several internationally recognized collaborative projects including Band of Five Names, Showa 44, and Chiri. Simon also performs regularly with many of Australia's most established ensembles including the Phil Slater Qt, and the Matt McMahon Trio.
