This is a knitting pattern for a fitted, long-sleeved, short sweater in three sizes (chest size 34, 36, 38" (86.4, 91.4, 96.5 cm)). Features include lace panels on the front, back, and sleeves against a stockinette background. It is finished with a knit band up the front and around the neck. Neckline decreases are done in a lace panel, which can be challenging. There are no buttons or other closures. Gauge is 26 stitches and 38 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette stitch on US 5 (3.75mm) needles.

The pattern includes written directions for the sweater, plus written instructions and charts for two lace patterns and the border pattern. There is also a schematic showing sweater dimensions. The sweater is worked flat, in 5 pieces, then sewn together. The sweater requires 700 - 1000 yards (640 - 914 m) of DK weight yarn.
