Gerald Kehr is a life-long learner who is retired from the U.S. Department of Education. He also served as a professor in higher education. His first master's degree is in Speech Communication, his second in Political Science, and his doctorate is in Education. He lives in Breezy Point, Minnesota with his wife Heather and their rescued greyhound Bonny Belle.
