Autorenporträt
Robert Rosen is Professor of Law, University of Miami. He holds his A.B. and J.D. from Harvard University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from Berkeley. He has been a research fellow on the legal profession at Harvard and Stanford and has published numerous articles and book chapters on corporate governance, sociology of organizations, the multiple roles of lawyers, and legal ethics.
