Dr. Listenberger has an extraordinary record of service and performance leading volunteer service organizations over the last thirty years. He has led as the president, CEO, and chairman of the board for two international nongovernment organizations. Under his leadership, Optimist International (fourth largest civic service organization in the world) produced the most growth in twenty years as well as increased total value of services to over one billion dollars. Serving as International President and CEO of Voluntary Optometric Service to Humanity (largest professional free eye care delivery organization in the world), he oversaw missions in twenty-five emerging nations. Not only has he been successful in his own right; he has taught other international CEOs as well. Being chairman and advisor of a sixteen thousand-member youth organization (JOOI), he mentored five international presidents and boards. His education includes a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University and a Certificate of Creative Management from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Listenberger founded Niles Vision Clinic, which has grown to a successful three-doctor clinic.
