She accomplishes this through her work as an executive coach, leadership and organizational development consultant, facilitator, speaker and author.Much of Priscilla's expertise was gained from her strategic global human resource executive roles at General Motors over the course of a 30-plus-year career.As President of Archangel and Associates, LLC, her collaboration with clients helps them to align their unique purpose and strengths with their professional roles; identify creative approaches to address organizational challenges; strengthen their team dynamics; smoothly transition into new leadership roles and organizations; align culture and business goals; improve employee engagement to support business results; and build diverse, equitable and inclusive teams.Priscilla delivers keynote and motivational speeches to corporations and professional associations on leadership and organizational development topics.
